Hilltop Dog Hotel strives to provide a comfortable and safe environment while boarding. Our luxury suites are available in single and double sizes, with an access door for separating. Our spacious runs include a raised bed, blankets, and any items from home to keep your pet comfortable while they are here.

Our boarding space is limited, so we ask that you call to make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure we accommodate your dates. Or, book your reservation request on Gingr.

Also, the health and safety of our boarding dogs and staff is very important to us. Below are our requirements for our boarding and grooming dogs:

  •  All boarding dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella (within 6 months) and also Canine Influenza Bivalent vaccines. These vaccines need to be administered to your dog at least two weeks prior to boarding and/or grooming appointment.
  • Flea and tick prevention is required for boarding. Our nature walks are in a wooded area where they may be exposed to fleas and ticks.
  • Vaccine records must be received at least 48 hours prior to drop-off date. Owners may forward these records via email to hilltopdoghotel@gmail.com, fax to 1-844-269-7540, or book your reservation request on Gingr.
  •  If you make an appointment for grooming or boarding within less than 48 hour please be prepared to provide your records to us via email or fax when scheduling. We ask that you contact your veterinarian for us. Many clinics are now requiring owner’s permission to release records.

Vaccines required for boarding are:

  • Rabies
  • Distemper-Parvo (DHPP)
  • Bordetella or Kennel Cough every 6 months
  • Canine Influenza Bivalent (H3N8 and H3N2 strains)

Kennel Boarding Activities

We also offer extra activities that allow for more time spent with your pet while you are away. Below is our extra activities pricing:

Webcam ($8.50  per day) – Enjoy watching your pet 24/7 while boarding. We have you download an app and give you login information to use at your convenience while you are away.

Nature Walk ($6.00 per walk) – One at a time, we will walk your dog along our custom paths. We have a shorter path for our smaller dogs and a longer path with a tree obstacle for the large breeds to enjoy jumping over.

Extra Outside Time ($6.00 1st dog, $3.00 each add’l) – Extra outside time is usually 15-30 minutes extra time out. This can be helpful for our puppies or seniors boarding that benefit from extra potty breaks or time to stretch their legs and get fresh air.

One on One play with Staff ($6.00 1st dog, $3.00 each add’l) – Inside play time is usually 15-30 minutes spent as private one-on-one play time with our staff. No other dogs will mingle with this option. Feel free to bring their favorite toys! Play sessions go until everyone seems tired.

Cuddle Time ($6.00 1st dog, $3.00 each add’l) – Our staff spends 15-30 minutes with your pet giving them one-on-one attention while in their kennel.

Text Alerts (by request,no extra charge) – We send text messages every other day to give you updates while you are away.
